Where to use it
On the web, Settings → Apps → Installed apps (/settings/apps) manages connections; Apps (/apps) adds them. In Era Desktop: Business → Apps and Settings → Apps → Installed apps.

Connect step by step
Check an existing account
Open Apps → Google Business Profile (/apps/google_business) and review connected accounts and the latest review sync.
Understand the connection limitation
The current UI does not wire an OAuth start button for Google Business. Do not assume it can connect a new account here; the platform administrator must verify setup.
Review a comment
When a connected account works, review comments and approve a draft before publishing the reply.
Era and workflow actions
The general app catalog declares no separate workflow tool block for this provider. Native operations use the module actions described below.
Reviews use integrations.record_reviews; replies use integrations.reply_review, and the result is tracked by integrations.review_replied.
Triggers
No separate provider workflow trigger is declared for this app. Use a schedule or the module event above when appropriate.
Permissions and limits
Before connecting
This API requires an access application; the catalog says ready but waiting for keys. Requesting a reply is not a published reply. Use integration review actions rather than a dedicated workflow tool block.
New account connection is incomplete: an OAuth start endpoint exists in code, but the app screen omits this provider from its start-field map. Having an existing connection does not resolve that gap.
Apps read permission shows accounts; manage changes connections/settings; delete removes them. Inbox channel management needs Inbox manage, and payment settings need Finance manage. Workflows and Era also obey the target module’s permissions.

Ask Era
Show recent business reviews and draft a thank-you reply.
Specify the account and target record. Era uses the connected account’s access and your role permissions; an example prompt is not a completed operation.
For technical teams
The connection flow depends on these platform configuration names; never put their values in user documentation: GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID, GOOGLE_CLIENT_SECRET.
