Where to use it

On the web, Settings → Apps → Installed apps (/settings/apps) manages connections; Apps (/apps) adds them. In Era Desktop: Business → Apps and Settings → Apps → Installed apps.

Amazon app page.

What you need

FieldWhat to supply
Refresh token for an existing authorizationOptional. Secret connection value.
Seller IDOptional. Account or setup information.
MarketplaceOptional. Account or setup information.

Connect step by step

Open the app

Open Apps → Amazon (/apps/amazon).

Connect the account

Fill in the credential fields or authorize through Connect account; read the connection test result.

Map products

Map unmatched listings to the correct catalog variant and review the sales channel and warehouse.

Review the first sync

Run Sync now, then review orders, the latest run and stock push errors.

Era and workflow actions

These are actions declared by the existing workflow block. Select the connected account and each action’s target IDs; listing an action does not run it automatically.

Native sync actions: integrations.request_sync, integrations.map_listing, integrations.update_settings, integrations.set_paused and integrations.disconnect. Runs produce integrations.run_finished, mapping produces integrations.listing_mapped and stock pushes produce integrations.stock_pushed.

Triggers

No separate provider workflow trigger is declared for this app. Use a schedule or the module event above when appropriate.

Permissions and limits

Before connecting

FBA orders do not reduce Era warehouse stock. Buyer name and email need restricted-data access; without it orders arrive as guest orders. SP-API connection depends on platform OAuth setup.

Apps read permission shows accounts; manage changes connections/settings; delete removes them. Inbox channel management needs Inbox manage, and payment settings need Finance manage. Workflows and Era also obey the target module’s permissions.

Ask Era

Show Amazon orders and the latest sync result.

Specify the account and target record. Era uses the connected account’s access and your role permissions; an example prompt is not a completed operation.

For technical teams

The connection flow depends on these platform configuration names; never put their values in user documentation: AMAZON_SPAPI_APP_ID, AMAZON_SPAPI_CLIENT_ID, AMAZON_SPAPI_CLIENT_SECRET.
