Outlook / Microsoft 365
Read, draft, send or move Outlook email. Choose the Microsoft calendar connection for Meetings and the mailbox channel for Inbox separately.
Google Takvim / Google Calendar
Read calendars and events; create, update and move meetings and add invitees. A calendar event and an Era appointment can be different records for the same work.

Connection path
Settings → Apps (/settings/apps) lists connected accounts and the account used in your chats. Open Apps (/apps) to add a connection. In Era Desktop use Business → Apps, and Settings → Apps for account management.
Connections and automation
Connecting an account does not create a workflow. Choose the trigger, target account and action separately. Era cannot access provider data your account is not allowed to use.
