Where to use it

On the web, Settings → Apps → Installed apps (/settings/apps) manages connections; Apps (/apps) adds them. In Era Desktop: Business → Apps and Settings → Apps → Installed apps.

Connect step by step

Connect credentials

Fill in the connection form at Apps → iyzico; enter keys only in that form.

Open payment settings

Select the connected account in Settings → Payments (/settings/payments) and use test mode.

Configure the provider callback

Configure the webhook/callback path in the technical section at the provider.

Check the result

Check that a controlled test payment appears with its result in Finance, then save customer availability and ordering separately.

Era and workflow actions

The general app catalog declares no separate workflow tool block for this provider. Native operations use the module actions described below.

Native payment settings use finance.configure_payment_app. Charge/refund status follows the provider’s verified result; connecting an account does not produce a payment event. See the Finance guide for available payment actions.

Triggers

No separate provider workflow trigger is declared for this app. Use a schedule or the module event above when appropriate.

Permissions and limits

Before connecting

The catalog marks this partial; saving keys does not verify a live payment. The payment adapter contains fixed demo buyer and address fields; do not assume a complete live flow using real customer details. No separate iyzico workflow tool block is declared.

Apps read permission shows accounts; manage changes connections/settings; delete removes them. Inbox channel management needs Inbox manage, and payment settings need Finance manage. Workflows and Era also obey the target module’s permissions.

Back to category.

Ask Era

Show the Finance record status of iyzico payments.

Specify the account and target record. Era uses the connected account’s access and your role permissions; an example prompt is not a completed operation.

For technical teams

POST /api/pay/iyzico/webhook is the payment provider callback path; workflow webhooks are separate. The workspace is resolved from the stored payment reference and the signature is verified using the connected account’s key.
