MCP tool groups
Choose tools by job and get current schemas from the live catalogue.
The plain /api/mcp address gives the named catalogue. These groups help select a job; generated tools document inputs, while live tools/list establishes actual account access.
Read the business
Business state, numbers and available booking times.
Work with records
Create/update records; apply the relevant rules to removal and specific actions.
Messages and documents
Private drafts, sending, documents and calendar operations.
Files and surfaces
Save, obtain downloads, import rows and open surfaces.
Memory and skills
Search sourced knowledge, inspect relationships and propose a method.

Apply the person’s decisions and track actual outcomes.

Site draft/publishing, business research and eligible engine image/computer tasks.

Catalogue modes and limits
/api/mcp?tools=full exposes one tool per permitted module action plus the memory doors. ?tools=compact uses era_find_tools for discovery and era_call for invocation; do not confuse their names with the 29 core named tools. The plain /api/mcp also adds permitted connected-app tools as app__tool; when there are many, app_call first lists an app’s tools and then invokes the selected one.
Local engines can use their own computer tools; pc_act mainly serves remote/server sessions. visuals_make may be omitted for Codex because it can use its own image tool. records_find is paged; inspect next and truncated. Missing module access, unconnected apps or offline computers can refuse a call.
Approval is not success
Do not repeat a waiting call. Check the person’s decision and actual outcome;approvals_decide does not let AI approve itself.
