Tools

When you chat with Era, the AI doing the work (Claude Code, Codex or another on your subscription) touches your business through these tools. A tool is listed only when you can use at least one of its targets: a module that is off, or records you may not see, never show up. Tools that remove, send out or publish are treated as risky; steps such as removing records, issuing a document and publishing the site wait for your approval card. Descriptions are exactly what the AI is given.

Reading the business

era_overview

Reads only · in a terminal era overview

This workspace right now: every module (on / off), the automations (workflows, on or draft, runs) and their recent runs, connected apps and accounts, the AI and media keys connected (presence only), members, Era's brain, computers online, waiting approvals, open work, today's numbers.

Call it first for any "what do I have" question and before saying something is missing or off. Never ask before reading.

Members come a page at a time with their total: membersOffset reads the next page.

records_find

Reads only · in a terminal era records find

Find, count or get records of one type (…). mode list (default) | count | get (id).

q = search text, status, where {column: value}; table_row needs table (its title); module_row needs module + table (any module's table; mode columns lists its columns). approval rows carry the ids approvals_decide takes.

No row cap: page with next until it is null, or file_save export for a whole source as one file. Rows are {id, title, a few fields, url}. Never ask before reading.

business_numbers

Sales, revenue, orders, bookings, new leads, conversations and customers: today, yesterday, 7 and 30 days (and the 30 before), already summed.

from / to (YYYY-MM-DD, up to 366 days) = any range; groupBy day|week|month gives a series (without a range: the last 30 days).

month (YYYY-MM) = that month's sales by order and VAT rate for the accountant.

free_times

Free booking times on a day (opening hours, staff, other bookings). Call it before booking when no time was given.

Leave service empty to see the real service names.

Records

records_create

Create one or many records: items = [{…}] (any number). Same name / phone / e-mail already there → skipped (dedupe "update" changes it instead). Report done / failed / skipped exactly.

Change one or many records: items = [{id, set: {field: value}, stage, addTags, removeTags}] (any number).

stage = a lead's stage by its name ("Kazanıldı"); tags by name (made when missing). Fields are the update input of that type.

records_archive

Archive or delete records. It waits for the person's approval card INSIDE this call; continue with what it returns and never call it again for the same ids.

reason is required for an invoice or an expense.

message_send

Message a customer: the Inbox conversation (WhatsApp, Instagram, e-mail, site chat), or WhatsApp from their PC (channel whatsapp_pc, to = name or phone).

draft true = a private draft the team sees, nothing is sent. Sending waits for the approval card inside this call.

meeting_schedule

Put a meeting or appointment with people in the calendar. Defaults: 30 minutes, the business time zone.

document_create

Adds or changes · in a terminal era document create

Draft an invoice or a quote from lines (nothing is issued or sent). price is per unit in the currency, VAT is a percent.

Then document_issue when the person asked to issue or send it.

document_issue

Can send out or publish · in a terminal era document issue

Issue a drafted invoice (e-Arşiv / e-Fatura) or send a quote. It waits for the person's approval card inside this call.

Website

site_edit

Adds or changes · in a terminal era site edit

Change the website, kept as a draft: instruction = in words ("fiyat listesi ekle"), or ops = [{op: edit|add|move|remove|style|page_add, site?, page?, section?, …}].

Visitors see it only after site_publish.

site_publish

Can send out or publish · in a terminal era site publish

Publish the site's draft, or one page (pageId). Only when the person asked; it waits for their approval card inside this call.

Files

file_save

Adds or changes · in a terminal era file save

Put a file you made into Era Files (Files › Era) so the person has it on every device, with a card in the chat.

rows (+columns, format xlsx|csv) builds a spreadsheet; contentBase64 + name sends a small file; path returns an upload command for a bigger one.

file_get

Reads only · in a terminal era file get

Bring an Era file (an attachment, an export, a document) into your work folder: returns a short-lived download link and the command to save it, then read it with your own tools.

files_import

Import the rows of a spreadsheet in Era Files into leads (target crm), a new table, or a table plus a dashboard. fileId from a file card or file_save.

Memory and skills

memory_save

Adds or changes · in a terminal era memory save

Keep a durable fact, preference, rule or procedure about this business or person. told true = they said "hatırla" (kept at once);

otherwise a Hatırla card asks them (ask in one short line). rejected_before = they said no before: drop it.

memory_forget

Can remove · in a terminal era memory forget

"Bunu unut": forget a memory by their words (or id), or stop using a skill (skill = its name). Ambiguous → ask which in one line.

brain_search

The business's own knowledge: uploaded documents, sites, past chats and research, past offers. Returns snippets with their source; cite them.

Only what this person may see. Use it before saying Era does not know.

brain_graph

How things in the business's knowledge connect. query = the people, companies, products, offers around it and how they relate, with their facts and sources;

from + to = the shortest relationship path between two of them ("Ayşe hangi teklifle bağlantılı?"). Only what this person may see.

skill_save

After a multi-step job that worked and no skill covered, propose it as a skill (name kebab-case, one line when to use it, the steps that worked, evidence = what the turn report showed).

replaces = the skill they corrected. The person approves it on a card.

Approve or decline waiting approvals the person decided in their own words ("hepsini onayla"). Never on your own.

turn_report

What this turn really wrote: every write, how many succeeded and failed, with reasons. Call it before the final answer after several writes and say only what it shows.

work_status

Background work from workflows, automations and plans: state, result, files ("o iş ne oldu"). Call it before answering about earlier work.

era_run

The long tail: run any Era action by its exact name, as the person. Find the name and input in the era-actions skill (read it with your own file tools).

items = the same action over many inputs (any number). A wrong input returns {error, fix, schema}: correct it and call once more.

Open an Era screen next to the chat: a record, a filtered list, a file, the site editor (id: the site to open), approvals, or a page path. The person sees it at once.

Real businesses from Google Maps for a lead list: name, phone, site, address, rating and the Maps link. Up to 20 per call: one call per district × category word.

Never invent a firm. For anything else use your own web search.

visuals_make

Make or edit images or posters (Era generates them; they land in Era Files). inputFileIds = the person's photos to edit; set listing|angles|clean|lifestyle for product photos.

pc_act

Do one thing on the person's PC through Era Desktop: status, screenshot (an image), open_url, open_app, read_file, read_screen, whatsapp_send/read, click, type, key.

args: url | name+text | file | to+text | x,y | text | keys. Never type passwords or card numbers.

Search everything Era can do here, in any words: every action this person may run (with its input), workflow templates, business blueprints, site themes and apps.

name = one action's whole input schema. Then era_run {action, input}. Use it before saying Era cannot do something.

brain_path

The shortest relationship path between two people, companies, products or offers in the business's knowledge ("Ayşe hangi teklifle bağlantılı?"), with sources. Only what this person may see.

brain_history

How a synced record changed over time (a deal, a task, an order from a connected app): each version with its dates and field changes. query = a record ref ("linear:task:123") or a name.

decision_trace

Why a recorded decision happened (direction upstream) or what it led to (downstream, default), hop by hop. Without decisionId, query finds the decisions to pick from.

decision_influence

How much a recorded decision mattered: the downstream decisions it triggered, weighted by how they turned out (0..1). Without decisionId, query finds it.

reason

Deterministic rule reasoning (Datalog, no guessing): facts like "overdue(inv1)" and rules like "risk(X) :- overdue(X), big(X)." give exactly what follows. For policy and rule answers that must be provable.

ontology_check

Open data-consistency problems the brain found (a customer missing a required field, a contradiction), newest first; entityId narrows it to one. Use before trusting data for a high-stakes step.

search_past_conversations

Raw words across this person's past Era chats in this workspace (and the workspace's shared ones): the chat, who said it, when, the passage and its link. For "geçen hafta ne konuşmuştuk".

apps_find

The app market (Apps): 250+ apps Era can connect or install — what each does, whether it is connected here, and (app = its id) the actions app_run can call with their inputs.

q = words ("instagram", "ödeme", "kargo"); connected true = only the connected ones. Suggest an app from here; never invent one.

app_connect

Start connecting an app the person asked for ("Instagram bağla", "Trendyol'u bağla"): a Bağla card with the right link appears in the chat (sign-in for OAuth apps, the key form for API-key apps, the store form for marketplaces).

Then tell them in one line to press it. When they say they connected, call again with check true: it says whether it is connected now.

media_make

Make an image, video, voice-over or music on the member's own key/subscription. Open-Higgsfield: operation catalogue discovers tools and exact typed schemas; generate with higgsfield:{id,values,files} uses their MuAPI key. operation grade adjusts an image locally without a model. operation resume checks a saved provider job without submitting another generation. Existing presets, camera flows, lip sync, upscale and video_edit also work here. Studios (Creative Studio): image, cinema, character, layers, video, clip, motion, lipsync, recast, audio, marketing, product — operation open opens one beside the chat with prompt/preset/model/mode filled in (nothing generated); generate with studio puts the result in that studio. Results land in Creative Studio and Files. No connected source: offer Settings › AI › Providers. Never claim an unpriced MuAPI job is free.
