How do I ask Era to remember something?
Give an explicit instruction such as “Remember: check the delivery date before sending quotes.” Era presents a Remember decision card when proposing learning itself. Inspect the proposal and audience in Memory; a detail needed only for this chat need not become a permanent rule.
Does forgetting also delete the source?
Ask “Forget the old delivery-time rule” or select it in Memory. Era asks which one when several match. Forgetting does not automatically delete chat history or source documents; removing a source or making a privacy request is separate.
What is a knowledge space for?
A knowledge space groups documents and learned facts for a purpose. In Memory → Knowledge spaces, create a space, choose the main one or archive it. Archiving stops Era filling and reading it while retaining its contents in history.
Why is knowledge not visible immediately after connecting a source?
Brain → Add pastes text or drops files; apps such as Gmail, Drive and Notion feed the brain through Apps. Follow processing on the Activity tab. A connection does not mean every document has been processed; inspect computer readiness, quota and connected-source permissions for waiting work.
Can teammates see what I teach Era?
Inspect Keep it private in Teach Era and the knowledge audience. Personal knowledge is private to you, module knowledge follows module readers, and workspace knowledge follows workspace access. Sharing a fact does not give someone module-management access.
Can I request sources for an answer?
Ask “What delivery terms were in last month’s quotes? Show the source.” Memory search can be narrowed to documents, chats or research. Read the sources behind returned snippets; a summary alone does not establish that the entire document is current and correct.
What does the relationship graph show?
It shows people, companies, products and offers, or relationship paths between two names. Ask “Show Demo Company’s relationship with this product and its sources.” A graph edge alone does not prove a commercial claim; inspect sources and remember that your access limits visible knowledge.
Can I make Era ask before remembering?
Inspect Ask me before remembering in memory preferences. Information types, selectivity and retention for applicable brain types are separate settings. They do not change member roles; choose personal or team audience separately.
