Plans and provider billing
Separate the Era workspace plan from AI provider costs.
The Era workspace plan covers the business platform. Connect your own supported subscription or API key for AI. Era is an orchestrator rather than a model provider.
Two separate services
- Era plan: workspace, team and platform limits. See pricing for published current terms.
- AI source: supported connections such as Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity or Grok, or your own API provider. That provider controls model access, quota and billing.
- Other tools: images, video, voice or connected apps may have separate provider charges.
Check the invoice
A provider subscription and API account are not interchangeable. Usage through an API key belongs to the provider’s API account. Selecting or testing a connection is not evidence of a payment.
Plan management requires the relevant organization permission. Viewing usage does not grant payment or plan-management access.
