Duplicate a Base and keep views personal
On web and native desktop, use the table group's ⋯ → Duplicate Base menu. It copies tables, fields, choices, internal relations and optional records. Visible views become personal views on the copies. A personal view is visible only to its creator, including when another member is a manager.
External relations are disconnected. Existing syncs, public share URLs and automations remain with the original, so copying a Base does not repeat external effects.
For Google Sheets, open the table's Sync → New sync → Google Sheet. Connect Google, select the Sheet address and range, then map fields. If server OAuth credentials are missing, the screen explains the required setup.
