These are the plain-language meanings of Era's 29 named tools. Web and desktop chat use them according to role and engine; the generated MCP reference and era tools provide current schemas. Not every user sees all 29.

Record types and limits
Types include leads, customers, orders, bookings, products, conversations, invoices, quotes, shipments, table rows, expenses and tasks. Additional reads cover channel orders, integrations, approvals, agents, tables and any permitted module row. Not every type supports creation/editing; enums are narrowed to permitted targets.
records_find defaults to 20 rows and allows up to 500 per page. Continue with next. module_row needs module+table; table_row uses the displayed table title. For a whole-source file, file_save.export pages on the server; do not call the first page the entire dataset.
business_numbers accepts up to 366 days; a series without dates uses the last 30. brain_search: 1–12 results. brain_graph: depth 1–4, up to 800 nodes, default 40. places_search: up to 20 businesses per call. file_save: up to 15 MB for base64 small-file input; use returned upload commands for larger files.
Output is compacted to roughly 8 KB; inspect truncated/total/next. Bulk create/update/run accepts arbitrary item counts but can partially fail. Do not restart approval-waiting calls or repeat completed writes after a connection error.
Engines and safety
Local desktop engines use their own computer tools; pc_act is added for remote/cloud/server sessions. Codex has its own image generation, so Era can omit visuals_make. Web search, terminal and local files are engine tools; this list contains business/Era doors.
Approvals, roles, modules, row scopes and device availability are checked during execution. approvals_decide does not authorize AI to approve itself. See approvals, terminal and data security.
