Calendar and appointments settings
Paths, defaults and effects of each option.
Settings open as a drawer over your work; a direct URL can open a full page. On desktop choose the same product heading under Settings. Change values and Save; form validation and role permissions apply.

Reception teams combine customers, services, staff and time in bookings. Calendar, list and overview show the same appointments.

Booking rules
Open settings · /settings/appointments
Booking kinds: individual, individual+group or group only. Slot interval ≥5 minutes, buffer ≥0 minutes, cutoff ≥0 hours and window ≥1 day. Automatic confirmation skips approval. Show full days affects the picker. Keep at least one cancellation reason.

Banned customers
Open settings · /settings/appointments/bans
Ban by email/phone with reason/expiry, or lift a ban. A new customer record with the same contact does not bypass it.

Reminders
Open settings · /settings/appointments/reminders
Set reminder enabled state, time before start and email/SMS/WhatsApp channels. Delivery requires a connected channel. Customer-level reminder preferences are separate.
